The „English meditation class“ consists two guided meditations and an explanation about the topic. There is enough room for questions (if needed). No meditation experience necessary. You can sit on cushions or chairs.

Topic: RELAX your body and mind

Very often, we suffer from painful tensions in our body and mind. We are not in balance and do not feel well. With these tensions, it is difficult to meditate. Profound but simple meditation methods from buddhas teachings can help us to deeply relax our body and mind. With this balance in our body and mind we feel light and can easily enjoy our meditation.

Kadam Holger Hetzel is the resident teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Cologne  and Kadampa Meditation Centre Essen.  He teaches in a clear and practical way. Kadam Holger studies at the   Special Teacher Training Program and Intensive Teacher Training Program at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre.
